Join us for The Ballet Technical: November Edition, our final Ballet Technical of 2026, offering adult dancers an extended session of focused classical ballet training in the heart of Covent Garden.

Beginning with a carefully structured barre, the workshop focuses on placement, alignment, coordination and musicality, before moving into centre practice and enchaînements. Throughout the session, dancers are encouraged to refine their technique, develop greater confidence and explore quality of movement and artistry within a supportive environment.

Focused training, thoughtful progression, and an afternoon dedicated to your dancing.

The session will be led by our Director, Damien Lee Stirk [biography].

Join The Dancers Studio London for a special festive repertoire experience in the heart of Covent Garden, celebrating one of classical ballet’s most treasured variations, the Sugar Plum Fairy from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker.

Our morning begins with a classical ballet barre before moving into the repertoire, where dancers will learn the Russian Bolshoi interpretation of the Sugar Plum Fairy variation, exploring its distinctive choreography, refined musicality and expressive artistry, accompanied throughout by live piano.

To complete this festive experience, we have a special guest performance planned for the close of the workshop, offering participants a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the artistry of classical ballet in an intimate studio setting.
