The Ballet Technical returns to the Royal Ballet & Opera this September, offering the perfect opportunity to ease back into the studio at the start of term. Designed for dancers aged 18+, this focused workshop is ideal for refining technique, reconnecting with your practice, and finding clarity and confidence as you begin a new season.

This session centres on clean, classical technique, progressing naturally from barre to centre. Each bespoke enchaînement is designed to reflect and build upon the work developed throughout the class.

Led by our Director, Damien Lee Stirk, with live piano accompaniment.

Key Information:

For ages 18+

General level: Suitable for dancers with at least 2 years of recent ballet training.
